/ Designer Enterprise Programme Pure London tradeshow application 2018 / 2019

Pitch for the opportunity to showcase your brand at Pure London in Olympia London - 10th to 12th Feb 2019!

Derry City & Strabane District Council and the Fashion & Textile Design Centre have joined forces again this year to encourage local design brands to enter a competition to win an opportunity to showcase their Autumn / Winter 19 collections to thousands of buyers, influencers, retail and trend experts at the UK's leading fashion tradeshow 'Pure London' on 10 - 12 February 2019.

Eight local designers will be selected to travel to London to showcase their collections, following a special Dragon's Den style pitching event at the Fashion and Textile Design Centre on Shipquay Street on 14th December 2018.

The pitching competition is part of the council's Designer Enterprise Programme, which supports emerging and established designers and helps to bring their brands to a wider market. The programme which collaborates with The Fashion & Textile Design Centre and Invest Northern Ireland, draws on the experience of industry experts - ensuring that local design brands are empowered and provided with essential skills in market research, product development, finance and funding, range building, sourcing the right suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating, marketing and PR.

"It's time to join the UK's largest Festival of Fashion. Pure London is a trade collective of fashion brands, buyers, minds and inspirations. From providing an international platform to over 1300 womenswear, menswear and kids wear collections, to hosting an unrivalled educational seminar and conference programme and exclusive speaker content, Pure London will be an advocate for change in the fashion industry".
